Volunteer with Yale alumni to prepare meals with God's Love We Deliver, an organization that is committed to improving the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition. Volunteers will work as a group in the kitchen on a variety of tasks with the guidance of our on-staff chefs. Tasks may include chopping onions, peeling potatoes, making meatballs or packaging meals.

To register, contact Andrew Burgie at aeb5@nyu.edu and please incude your full name and cell phone number.  Suggested cash donation of $10 to benefit God's Love We Deliver (donation can be given to Andrew Burgie on the day of the event).

Notes: All volunteers MUST always wear masks. If you need a mask, we will provide you with one. All volunteers must present proof of vaccination upon entering the building.

Foodtober is a month of activities and events celebrating and examining our connection to food. Foodtober is organized by yaleNYC, connecting Yalies with each other and our communities. Net proceeds from this event P.S. 124 The Yung Wing School in Chinatown benefit Xavier Mission and support YALE.NYC'S ongoing programming. If you are unable to use the tickets you have purchased, please let us know so that we can make your space available to our waitlist or scholarship attendees.
